1.1 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the dining table must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized dining tables
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contactsupport@yvonneback.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
2.2 Packaging and Shipping: Once you receive the RA number, carefully repack the dining table in its original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team using a traceable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
3. Inspection and Refunds
3.1 Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receipt of the returned dining table, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
